THE CHIEF was a lone wanderer, never really having anyone to rely on. She just wandered the world, going where the wind guided her. One day she came across a badgerwolf pup stuck in a large hole. He had clearly fallen in, not seeing the hole in time. She climbed down and pulled him out and when she went to walk away, urging the young pup to go find his mother, he followed her. From then on, they've been inseparable.
